Log-in with your 331 code (CMS code) as Domain ID, enter your password and click "Submit".

Under "System Admin".

Select: "Analyser Registration"

Select: "Create New Analyser Registry"

Select the following from the list provided.

"Hospital", "Department", "Location / Unit" and "Manufacturer / Model"

Enter 'Serial Number': S/N of the BGA to be registered

Enter 'Nickname': e.g. pwmt8a01

Click "Submit" and "Yes" to confirm.

Successful registration will be prompted in 'System Message'. Please repeat if error encountered.
