I am working for ward A and ward B. However, I can only register glucometer for ward A but not ward B. |

Check your enrolment record if you have enrolled under ward A, that means you only have ward A access right. |

| A: | Go to pwh.home, select "System" and "POCT-EQAP", login with your CMS code (331 code) and select training link as required. |
| Q: | The glucometer I try to register was rejected by system with an error message "The Analyser Registry of Serial Number [xxxxxx] has already been created". |
