Q:

How to access the NTEC EQAP?

A:

Go to pwh.home, select "System" / "POCT-EQAP" and log in with CMS code (331 code).

 

 

Q:

Only one pair of QC results can be entered.  How to enter QC results analysed by other BGA in the ward.

A:

You are required to enter one set of results only.

 

 

Q:

Why colleagues with CMS code (331 code) cannot access ANALYSER REGISTRATION?

A:

Only enrolled BGA supervisor have the access right to ANALYSER REGISTRATION while colleagues with CMS code (331 code) can report and search results.

   

Q:

I am working for ward A and ward B.  However, I can only register glucometer for ward A but not ward B.

A:

Check your enrolment record if you have enrolled under ward A, that means you only have ward A access right.

   
Q: How to register glucometer for EQAP result reporting?
A: Go to pwh.home, select "System" and "POCT-EQAP", login with your CMS code (331 code) and select training link as required.
   
Q: The glucometer I try to register was rejected by system with an error message "The Analyser Registry of Serial Number [xxxxxx] has already been created".
A: Contact Chem Path at 2632 2327 or 2632 2082.
   
Q: My only analyser is out of order, what should I do?
A: Fax this information to Chem Path at 2648 4262.
