If network password is required, click "Cancel" and proceed, if failed, contact IT department.

Q:

I found out the BGA S/N was not the one I used for analysing the EQA samples after submitting the results, what should I do?

A:

Print the report, write the amendment required and fax it back to PWH Chemical Pathology at 2648 4262.
