Q: |
The BGA I use is not in the registered list, what should I do? |
A: |
Please inform your BGA link nurse or other registered supervisor of your unit to register the BGA before result reporting. |
Q: | Why the QC material is difficult to resuspend? |
A: | This is because the matrix of QC material is similar to whole blood. You must ensure thorough mixing by multiple inversion. |
Q: | I am using a BGA from Chemical Pathology (or other department) to analyse the QC sample. How should I report the QC result? |
A: | The ownership of the BGA is not important as far as the QAP is concerned. You must select the BGA you used to analyse the QC sample in result reporting. |
