Available Services

  1. Please note that the laboratory office hour is from 9:00 am to 5:48 pm Monday to Friday.
     

  2. For urgent reporting of routine tests such L/RFT, cTnT, glucose, please book with 'Urgent Chemical Pathology Laboratory' at extension 3353. (See Information for Clinical Users - Procedure for Requesting Urgent Chemical Pathology Tests for detail.)
     

  3. For tests not on the urgent test list, please contact Duty Biochemist at extension 2685 or page via PWH Operator.
     

  4. Addition of laboratory test call extension 3353 and invalidation of laboratory test call Duty Biochemist.

2. The 12 Toxins for urgent toxicology service include Carboxyhaemoglobin, Cholinesterase, Cyanide, Digoxin, Ethanol, Iron, Lithium, Methanol, Paracetamol, Salicylate, Theophylline and Tricyclic antidepressant.
